Job Description: We are seeking top notch IT Staffing Business Development Manager for US IT Staffing – BDM located at India.

Job Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and Experienced IT Staffing Sales / Account Manager.
  • Qualified applicants will have a record of success in a sales/account management role selling staffing or other professional services into mid-market and fortune 1000 client base.
  • 10+ years experience in IT Staff-Augmentation
  • Leading a team of sales and IT recruiters
  • Knowledge of technology related business development and staffing services.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster relationships to establish new business.
  • Achieve sales quota, grow business model to drive it as a profit center.
  • Customer service skills to manage and develop existing clients’ accounts
  • This position requires self-motivated individuals with a desire to perform and grow.
  • Successful candidates must possess a strong work ethic with integrity and have a unique ability to plan, build, and manage the recruiting cycle to generate new business.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of IT Staffing and associated skill sets
  • Proven track record of professional sales with established credibility in past successes.
  • Proven ability to network and build client relationships from the ground-up to establish new business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The candidate should be PC literate in the Windows environment with specific knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
